Provides a continuous primary-circuit connection when the truck is in the connected position for normal current carrying. -

Circuit Isolation
Provides an isolation point when the truck is moved from the connected position for system configuration, inspection or maintenance.

Primary circuit connected for normal current carrying. -
Test / Disconnected Position
Primary contacts disconnected from the switchgear main circuit, with the truck retained inside the compartment. -
Withdrawn Position
Truck fully withdrawn from the switchgear compartment for inspection, maintenance or replacement.

The isolation truck arrangement and switchgear interfaces are designed with reference to applicable IEC 62271-200 requirements and project specifications.
Factory Inspection
Mechanical operation, primary contact alignment, interlocking functions and electrical continuity are verified before shipment according to product configuration.
Project Documentation
Technical datasheets, outline drawings, interface dimensions and inspection records can be provided for project review.
