Photovoltaic Box 35kV
The 35kV photovoltaic box transformer is a pre installed boosting substation equipment designed specifically for large and medium-sized ground photovoltaic power stations and centralized photovoltaic bases. It integrates boosting transformers, high-voltage switches, low-voltage distribution, intelligent monitoring, lightning protection and other modules into a standard box to achieve low-voltage to 35kV high-voltage collection and boosting after DC reverse transformation of photovoltaic series, meeting the grid connected transmission needs of large capacity photovoltaic power stations. It adopts an outdoor integrated pre installed structure, with short on-site installation and commissioning cycles, and is suitable for large-scale photovoltaic scenarios such as deserts, Gobi, and mountains.
Suitable for 1-6MW string/centralized inverters, with a single capacity covering 1600-3150kVA, meeting the centralized boosting needs of large and medium-sized photovoltaic arrays, reducing the number of grid connection points, and minimizing line losses.
The box adopts IP54/IP55 high protection level, anti-corrosion, anti salt spray, anti sun, anti wind and sand, and can be directly installed on the outdoor floor without the need for a dedicated distribution room, greatly saving civil engineering costs and construction period.
equipped with a photovoltaic dedicated intelligent monitoring unit, supporting real-time collection of oil temperature, oil level, partial discharge, and electrical parameters, remote signaling, telemetry, remote control, automatic abnormal alarm, suitable for unmanned photovoltaic power stations.
Adopting low loss amorphous alloy/high permeability silicon steel sheet transformers, the no-load loss is reduced by more than 20%, improving the power generation income of the photovoltaic power station throughout its life cycle and adapting to long-term continuous operation.
Built in islanding protection, overvoltage/undervoltage, overcurrent, and reverse power protection, meeting GB/T 19964 and Q/GDW photovoltaic grid connection standards, quickly responding to grid dispatch instructions, and strong grid stability.

It is mainly suitable for 1.5-6MW centralized inverters and high-power string inverters. A single box transformer can correspond to 1-2 photovoltaic inverter units, and is a standard boosting equipment for large-scale photovoltaic bases with a capacity of over 100MW.
There is no need to frequently open the lid, and the high protection design of the box can withstand harsh outdoor environments. It only requires remote inspection through the monitoring background on a periodic basis, combined with annual external testing and replacement of vulnerable parts.
High altitude insulation reinforcement and strong wind and sand sealing reinforcement can be customized, suitable for altitudes up to 4000m. Through anti-corrosion and dustproof treatment, it meets the stable operation of photovoltaic power stations in northwest deserts and plateaus.
The 35kV box transformer is oriented towards large capacity centralized photovoltaic power stations, and after boosting, it is directly connected to the 35kV collection station, with longer transmission distance and lower line loss; 10kV transformer substations are commonly used for nearby grid connection of small and medium-sized distributed photovoltaics.
Support integrated interface design for photovoltaic and energy storage, with reserved space for energy storage inverters to connect to the grid, achieving photovoltaic and energy storage combined boost and grid connection, and adapting to new energy storage photovoltaic integrated power stations.
