FLN36-10KV SF6 load switch is an indoor AC high voltage switchgear developed specifically for the main scenarios of medium and high voltage distribution networks. It uses high-purity SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and is strictly developed and manufactured in accordance with GB3804-2004, GB16926-2009, and IEC 62271-105 standards. The rated voltage is 10KV, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the rated current is 630A, and the mechanical life is ≥ 1200 cycles. The product adopts a high-strength epoxy resin integral casting and sealing structure, forming an independent inflatable chamber, equipped with a B-type double spring energy storage operating mechanism, which can achieve synchronous linkage operation of “closing opening grounding” three positions. The incoming and outgoing lines support cable or busbar connection, and are suitable for various installation forms such as ring main units, prefabricated substations, and switch stations. The core is used for main line branch control, high-power load switching, and equipment protection in medium and high voltage distribution networks.     This product supports three operating modes. What should be noted when switching?

    When switching between the three operating modes, the principle of “power off first, switch again, and operate later” should be followed: first, cut off the equipment control power supply, confirm that the load switch is in the open state and the mechanical interlock is unlocked; Secondly, switch the operation mode (manual/electric/remote) according to the requirements, and check whether the mode indicator light is on normally after switching to ensure that the switch is in place; Finally, perform the opening and closing operation, and confirm that the equipment is running normally after the operation is completed. Please note that during remote operation, it is necessary to confirm that the communication between the backend monitoring system and the device is normal.
