The 11kV SF6 charging cabinet is a medium voltage switchgear designed specifically for overseas markets and some special distribution network scenarios in China. It uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, adopts a modular and compact design, and the gas box is sealed as a whole. The core components are selected with stronger weather resistance and anti-interference properties. This voltage level complies with international standards such as IEC 62271 and is suitable for distribution network architectures in Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and other regions. It can also meet the exclusive power supply needs of some old power plants and foreign-funded enterprises in China, with cross regional adaptability and stable outdoor operation performance.
1. International adaptation, strictly following international electrical standards for design and manufacturing. Parameters such as voltage, frequency, and installation dimensions can be customized according to target market needs, and are compatible with mainstream overseas distribution equipment interfaces.
2. Excellent resistance to harsh environments, the air box is treated with anti-corrosion coating, which can withstand extreme weather conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, salt spray, sand and dust, suitable for use in tropical, subtropical and desert areas, with a protection level of IP68 (short-term immersion).
3. High arc extinguishing efficiency, adopting optimized SF6 gas flow field design, fast short-circuit breaking speed, good medium recovery performance after arc extinguishing, and can effectively cope with power grid impact loads.
4. Full life cycle guarantee, equipped with gas leakage online monitoring device, combined with remote diagnosis system, can predict equipment failures in advance, reducing the difficulty of overseas operation and maintenance.
Rated current range: 630A-2500A, rated short-circuit breaking current: 16kA-31.5kA, gas filling capacity customized according to gas box volume, mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥ 100000 hours. Supports IEC 61850 communication protocol, seamlessly integrates with overseas intelligent distribution network systems, and has advanced functions such as fault recording and harmonic monitoring. The gas box is made of stainless steel material with a service life of over 20 years. The components are selected from internationally renowned brands to ensure reliability in complex power grid environments. Adopting vacuum packaging and shock-absorbing buffer structure, strict air tightness and pressure resistance tests are conducted before transportation, equipped with dedicated transportation fixing frames to avoid deformation of the air box and damage to the seals. On site inspection services can be provided upon arrival.
