NSHBG-20 20kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is a medium high voltage equipment designed for industrial heavy-duty, port hub and other scenarios. It uses a mixture of dry air and inert gas medium (GWP value=1), integrates heavy-duty circuit breakers, anti condensation modules, intelligent load control units, and the gas box adopts a reinforced steel structure, with excellent impact resistance and overload resistance performance. The equipment complies with the dual standards of GB/T 11022 and IEC 62271, and is optimized for the frequent start stop and high load impact characteristics of industrial heavy-duty scenarios. It is suitable for heavy-duty machinery manufacturing, port heavy-duty loading and unloading, metallurgical blast furnaces, and other scenarios, taking into account green environmental protection and heavy-duty power supply reliability.

1. Strong adaptability to heavy loads, optimized arc extinguishing chamber structure and operating mechanism, able to withstand frequent start stop (≥ 10000 times without faults), fast response speed for short circuit breaking, and can effectively cope with the current impact of heavy load equipment.

2. Extremely environmentally friendly, using dry air mixed with inert gases, no greenhouse effect, non-toxic, can naturally diffuse after leakage, no need for recycling, fully in line with the “dual carbon” policy.

3. Excellent protection performance, with an air box protection level of IP67, adopting anti condensation, anti-corrosion, and anti vibration design, capable of withstanding complex working conditions such as dust, oil pollution, and vibration in industrial workshops.

4. Intelligent load regulation, equipped with intelligent load regulation module, can monitor load changes in real time, automatically adjust power supply parameters, avoid overload and voltage fluctuations, and ensure stable operation of heavy-duty equipment.

Rated current range: 1600A-4000A, rated short-circuit breaking current: 31.5kA-50kA, applicable ambient temperature -35 ℃ to+75 ℃, air leakage rate ≤ 0.07%/year, gas box service life ≥ 25 years. Supports manual, electric, and remote operation modes, compatible with DL/T 634.5.1-2002 and IEC 61850 dual protocols, and can be connected to industrial control systems and distribution automation platforms. Adopting oil-free design, operating noise ≤ 60 decibels, suitable for industrial workshop environment.
