The NSRM-36 36kV SF6 gas filling cabinet is a specialized equipment developed for special high-voltage distribution network scenarios, adapted to the 36kV voltage level distribution network architecture. It adopts a fully sealed metal shell and multi chamber design, with SF6 gas as the insulation arc extinguishing medium, integrating multiple functional components, and has the characteristics of reliable insulation, efficient arc extinguishing, and strong environmental adaptability. This product is optimized for high voltage, high load, and complex environmental scenarios, and can meet the special power supply needs of some industries. It can operate stably for a long time in extreme weather and harsh working conditions.
Accurately adapting to 36kV voltage levels, optimizing insulation spacing and arc extinguishing structure, avoiding equipment failures caused by voltage mismatch, and meeting the power supply needs of special industries and distribution network scenarios.
The relative ground insulation level reaches 140kV/1min, the phase to phase insulation level reaches 140kV/1min, and the partial discharge level is ≤ 5pC. It can withstand instantaneous overvoltage and eliminate the risk of insulation breakdown.
Adopting a three chamber or multi chamber design, circuit breakers, busbars, and transformers are placed in independent chambers, and a single fault does not affect the operation of other units, improving the safety and reliability of equipment operation.
Through multiple environmental tests such as high and low temperatures, humidity, salt spray, and dust, it can adapt to temperatures ranging from -45 ℃ to+75 ℃ and can operate for a long time in high-altitude, high temperature, high salt spray, and high dust areas.
Adopting low loss components and optimized circuit design, the operating loss is reduced by more than 20% compared to traditional equipment, while reducing SF6 gas consumption, balancing energy conservation and environmental protection.
The NSRM-36 product has a rated current of 1000A-3150A, a rated short-time withstand current of 50kA/3s, a rated breaking current of 50kA, and a rated peak withstand current of 125kA. The protection level is IP68, and the SF6 gas leakage rate is ≤ 0.03%/year. It is equipped with a gas recovery interface and an online monitoring system. The operating mechanism adopts a permanent magnet operating mechanism, which is reliable in action, has a long service life, and supports remote control and automatic reclosing functions. The cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, with a service life of up to 30 years.
