1. Optimize insulation structure:

Design insulation spacing based on the characteristics of 30kV voltage level, use pot type insulators to separate air chambers, ensure more stable insulation performance, control partial discharge level below 10pC, and eliminate the risk of insulation breakdown.

2. Efficient arc extinguishing capability:

Equipped with SF6 vacuum composite arc extinguishing chamber, the short-circuit breaking current can reach 40kA, the breaking speed is fast, the medium recovery speed after arc extinguishing is fast, and it can be operated frequently, adapting to scenarios with multiple distribution network faults and frequent operations.

3. Independent design of air chamber:

Adopting a multi chamber sealing structure, each functional unit has an independent air chamber to avoid any leakage that may affect the overall operation of the equipment. At the same time, it is easy to locate and repair faults, improving the safety of equipment operation.

4. Excellent weather resistance:

Suitable for environmental temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+70 ℃, passing high and low temperature cycling tests and humidity tests, it can operate for a long time in high-altitude, high temperature, and high humidity areas without the need for additional protective measures.

5. Strong customization ability:

Different types of transformers, protection devices, and operating mechanisms can be configured according to user needs, supporting multiple wiring methods such as ring networks, terminals, and branches, and adapting to complex distribution network architectures.

The product has a rated current of 630A-2000A, a rated short-time withstand current of 40kA/3s, a rated peak withstand current of 100kA, and a protection level of IP67. SF6 gas filling capacity 8-18kg, leakage rate ≤ 0.05%/year, equipped with gas recovery and reuse device interface. The operating mechanism supports both manual and electric modes, and the electric operating mechanism can be adapted to AC220V and DC220V power supplies. The cabinet is made of stainless steel material, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance and is suitable for long-term outdoor installation.
