FLN36-17.5KV SF6 load switch is an indoor/outdoor universal AC high voltage switchgear developed specifically for special upgrade scenarios of medium and high voltage distribution networks, cross-border high-end projects, and high-power long-distance distribution. It uses high-purity SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and strictly follows GB3804-2004, GB16926-2009, IEC 62271-105, and IEC 61850 standards for research and development and manufacturing. It has a rated voltage of 17.5KV, a rated frequency of 50/60Hz dual frequency adaptation, a rated current of 630A/1250A/1600A optional, and a mechanical life of ≥ 1800 cycles.
The product adopts a high-strength epoxy resin segmented casting sealing structure, matched with a high-end anti-corrosion alloy shell, and equipped with an F-type four spring energy storage operating mechanism, which can achieve precise linkage of “closing opening grounding locking” four positions. It supports intelligent remote control, data acquisition, linkage regulation and fault tracing. The incoming and outgoing lines support multi mode adaptation of cables, busbars, overhead lines, and are suitable for installation forms such as ring main units, prefabricated substations, outdoor switch stations, and multinational project distribution stations. Ultra high purity SF6 gas (purity ≥ 99.9995%) is used as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and the rated pressure is increased to 0.08MPa at 20 ℃. The arc extinguishing chamber adopts a new high-efficiency arc extinguishing structure+dual arc adsorption device, and the arc extinguishing efficiency is increased by 15% compared to 15KV products. It can quickly and reliably cut off various complex load currents and short-circuit transfer currents at 17.5KV level. There is no open flame, harmful emissions, or arc leakage during the arc extinguishing process; SF6 gas leakage rate ≤ 5 × 10 ⁻⁹ Pa · m ³/s, insulation performance meets high-end distribution network standards, and eliminates various insulation safety hazards.

To prevent long-term water accumulation during outdoor installation, two points should be taken into account: first, the installation site should be chosen, with high terrain, no long-term water accumulation, and smooth drainage to avoid equipment being soaked in water for a long time.
