Optimized insulation structure for 6.6kV voltage level, with insulation distance between phases and relative to ground increased to above standard requirements. High strength insulation materials are used to effectively resist voltage fluctuations and corona discharge, avoiding insulation breakdown faults.

The cabinet structure has been reinforced with thickened steel plates and reinforced connectors, significantly improving mechanical strength and withstanding impact scenarios such as mining machinery vibration and ship turbulence.     Can it be directly replaced with a 6kV product?

    Cannot be directly replaced. There are differences in voltage level, insulation distance, and some parameters between the two, and direct replacement may lead to insulation breakdown, protection failure, and other issues. If replacement is required, the distribution circuit parameters need to be recalculated, and the wiring and component configuration need to be adjusted before installation.

    How to prevent dust from entering the cabinet in mining scenarios?

    Enhanced products with protection levels of IP54 and above can be selected. The cabinet adopts a sealed design, and the cabinet door is equipped with waterproof and dustproof sealing strips. The ventilation opening is equipped with high-efficiency filtering devices, and the filtering device and cabinet surface are regularly cleaned and maintained to effectively prevent mining dust from entering.

    Does the product support ship level certification?
