NSHBG-36 36kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is a high-voltage equipment specially designed for overseas niche high-end markets and extreme environmental high-voltage scenarios. It adopts a new low GWP mixed gas (GWP value ≤ 12), integrates AI intelligent diagnostic unit, high-voltage non-destructive expansion module, explosion-proof sealing unit, and combines overseas high-end industrial scene design with extreme environmental strengthening technology. The core components comply with the IEC 62271-203 international standard and have passed the EU ATEX explosion-proof certification and the Middle East ABS marine certification. The equipment can be customized with high-voltage interfaces, protection levels, and operation modes, suitable for overseas high-end oil and gas hubs, deep-sea platform assistance, tropical high-end parks, and other scenarios, taking into account high-end scenario customization, extreme environmental tolerance, and environmental compliance.

Enhanced tolerance to extreme environments, the air box is made of titanium alloy composite material and multi-layer anti-corrosion and explosion-proof coating, with a protection level of IP68+explosion-proof level Ex d IIB T4, which can resist extreme environments such as oil and gas corrosion, deep-sea high humidity, and tropical typhoons.
3. AI intelligent operation and maintenance upgrade, equipped with edge computing AI module, can analyze multi-dimensional data such as high-voltage insulation, gas status, mechanical characteristics in real time, predict faults 72 hours in advance, and push accurate maintenance suggestions.
4. High voltage non-destructive expansion adopts patented technology for high-voltage live expansion, and the newly added circuit can be installed without power outage. The power supply continuity reaches 99.99%, which is suitable for the gradually increasing demand of high-end scene loads.
Rated current range: 1250A-2500A, rated short-circuit breaking current: 25kA-31.5kA, suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -45 ℃ to+80 ℃, with an average time between failures (MTBF) of ≥ 200000 hours. The gas box has undergone special tests for explosion prevention, earthquake resistance, and waterproofing, and is suitable for special installation scenarios such as offshore platforms and oil and gas hubs. It supports satellite+wireless dual-mode communication and can stably transmit data in areas without ground networks. It is compatible with overseas high-end industrial control platform protocols.

The gas box is made of titanium alloy composite material and marine grade anti-corrosion coating, which can resist high humidity and salt spray corrosion in deep sea. The sealing components are made of seawater corrosion-resistant materials, with a normal operating service life of ≥ 30 years. At the same time, it is equipped with a corrosion online monitoring module to provide real-time feedback on the corrosion status.
It can accurately identify potential faults such as high voltage insulation aging, poor contact, gas leakage, and mechanical wear, with a monitoring accuracy of 1pC. At the same time, it can generate customized maintenance plans based on scene characteristics to reduce the difficulty of high-end scene operation and maintenance.
