NSHBG-35 35kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is the core main equipment of domestic high-voltage distribution network. It adopts a mixture of dry air and new inert gas medium (GWP value=1), integrates large capacity high-voltage circuit breakers, high-precision metering and protection modules, intelligent load control units, and the gas box adopts reinforced steel structure and integrated sealing technology, with excellent high-voltage withstand, impact resistance and anti-interference performance. The equipment complies with GB/T 11022-2022 and the high-voltage distribution network standards of the power industry. It is optimized and designed for the characteristics of intensive 35kV distribution network load and high energy transfer demand in China. It is suitable for large-scale energy hubs, urban core distribution networks, industrial park high-voltage backbone lines and other scenarios. It is the preferred green alternative to traditional SF ₆ high-voltage ring main unit.
1. Strong adaptability for energy transfer, with rated capacity and short-circuit breaking capacity adapted to the energy transfer needs of high-voltage distribution networks. It can stably carry the centralized transmission and load distribution of multiple energy sources such as thermal power, hydropower, and photovoltaics, avoiding overload and voltage fluctuations.

Extremely environmentally friendly and burden free, using dry air mixed with inert gases, no greenhouse effect, non-toxic, non corrosive, and can naturally diffuse after leakage, without the need for recycling, fully in line with China’s “dual carbon” policy and green power grid construction requirements.
3. Intelligent control deep adaptation, supporting IEC 61850 and DL/T 634.5.1-2002 dual protocols, can be connected to the provincial distribution network dispatch platforms of State Grid and Southern Power Grid, realizing remote opening and closing, fault location, and precise load control.
4. High voltage is safe and reliable, equipped with high-voltage insulation monitoring, arc light protection, and fault locking devices. The reinforced structure of the gas box can resist high-voltage arc impact, and the operating noise is ≤ 60 decibels, suitable for indoor and outdoor high-voltage distribution scenarios.
Rated current range: 1600A-4000A, rated short-circuit breaking current: 31.5kA-50kA, air box protection level IP67, suitable for ambient temperatures from -40 ℃ to+75 ℃, air leakage rate ≤ 0.06%/year, air box service life ≥ 25 years. Supports three operation modes: manual, electric, and remote. The module combination covers 3-12 circuits and supports mixed configuration of circuit breakers, fuses, and load switches. It is suitable for multiple needs such as high-voltage main line protection, branch distribution, and backup power switching. The equipment has special design for lightning protection and overvoltage protection.
