NSHBG-30 Environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit

The 30kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is a specialized high-voltage equipment designed for domestic ultra-high voltage distribution network transition links and large wind power bases. It uses a mixture of perfluoroisobutyronitrile and CO ₂ environmentally friendly gas (GWP value ≤ 25) to replace traditional SF ₆ gas. It integrates wind power dedicated circuit breakers, bidirectional measuring transformers, and low-voltage ride through adaptation modules. The gas box is made of high-strength aluminum alloy integrated casting, taking into account both high-voltage withstand performance and lightweight characteristics. The equipment complies with GB/T 11022-2022 and the special standards for the wind power industry. It is optimized and designed for the characteristics of large fluctuations in 30kV distribution network wind power grid connection, long transmission distance, and complex outdoor installation environment. It is suitable for onshore wind power, high voltage wind power, and ultra-high voltage distribution network branch lines, achieving the dual goals of green high-voltage distribution network and high-efficiency wind power grid connection.

1. Strong adaptability to wind power grid connection, optimized low voltage ride through and arc extinguishing characteristics, can stably bear the impact and output fluctuation of wind power single unit large capacity grid connection, and avoid off grid faults caused by voltage sag.

2. High voltage lightweight balance, aluminum alloy casting molded gas box reduces the weight by 35% compared to traditional steel gas box, increases the compressive strength by 20%, and is suitable for transportation and installation in special scenarios such as mountainous areas and plateaus in wind power bases.

Balancing environmental protection and high-voltage performance, the mixed gas insulation strength reaches 97% of SF ₆, the arc extinguishing efficiency meets the short-circuit breaking requirements of 30kV level, and the gas recovery and utilization rate is 100%, which meets the “dual carbon” assessment requirements of new energy projects.

4. Excellent outdoor weather resistance, the air box adopts multiple anti-corrosion and anti condensation designs, which can resist strong ultraviolet rays, low temperature freezing and thawing, and humid and hot environments on the plateau, and is suitable for all climate wind power scenarios.

Rated current range: 1600A-3150A, rated short-circuit breaking current: 31.5kA-40kA, air box protection level IP67, suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -45 ℃ to+70 ℃. Supports IEC 61850-9-2 and DL/T 1498-2016 wind power dedicated communication protocols, can be connected to the wind power centralized control platform, and achieve functions such as grid connection status monitoring and low-voltage ride through control. The module combination covers 2-8 circuits and supports mixed configuration of circuit breakers and load switches. It is equipped with a wind power dedicated lightning protection module, with an air leakage rate of ≤ 0.05%/year. It can operate normally for 10 years without the need for air replenishment.
