NSHBG-6 6kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is a mainstream equipment for industrial distribution networks and urban branch lines in China. It uses environmentally friendly media such as CO ₂ mixed gas and dry air as insulation materials, adopts modular ring network design, integrates circuit breakers, load switches, transformers and other components, and has a sealed gas box structure that balances compactness and scalability. This device complies with GB/T 11022 and power industry standards, and is optimized for the design of domestic 6kV distribution network architecture. Supports IEC 61850 communication protocol, seamlessly integrates into intelligent distribution networks, and achieves functions such as fault recording, remote switching, and automatic alarm. Optional vacuum circuit breakers or environmentally friendly gas load switches are available to meet different load types (capacitive, inductive) requirements. The gas box adopts a maintenance free sealed structure with a leakage rate of ≤ 0.08%/year.
