NSHBG-3.3
The NSHBG-3.3 3.3kV environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit is a ring main power supply device specifically designed for low-voltage high-power distribution scenarios and special industrial environments. It replaces traditional SF₆ with fluorine-free eco-friendly gases such as dry air and N₂/O₂ mixed gases, integrating core components like load switches, disconnectors, and earthing switches within a sealed gas chamber. This equipment complies with the GB/T 11022 national standard, featuring an extremely compact structure and superior protection performance. It is suitable for applications in mines, metallurgy, shipbuilding, and other environments with specific requirements for voltage levels, environmental friendliness, and space utilization. It not only ensures stable power supply for low-voltage high-power distribution but also eliminates the environmental impact of SF₆ gas, achieving green power supply.
1. With prominent environmental attributes, it employs a GWP (Global Warming Potential) of 1 eco-friendly gas, which has no greenhouse effect. After disposal, it can be directly emitted or simply treated, fully aligning with the “dual carbon” policy and the requirements for green factory construction.
2. Strong resistance to harsh environments: The air tank is welded with high-strength cold-rolled steel plates, achieving a protection rating of IP67, capable of withstanding high temperatures, humidity, dust, oil contamination, and mild corrosion, making it suitable for complex industrial site conditions.
3. The operation and maintenance cost is extremely low, with excellent gas sealing performance, a leakage rate of ≤0.1%/year, and no need for gas replenishment during normal operation. The components are sealed and isolated from external interference, extending the maintenance cycle to over 8 years. Additionally, the start-stop performance is stable, featuring an optimized arc-extinguishing structure for low-voltage high-capacity scenarios. The switching speed is fast, allowing frequent start-stop cycles to adapt to intermittent loads, while the operating noise is ≤55 decibels, making it suitable for indoor enclosed spaces.
NSHBG-3.3 Rated current range: 400A-1600A, Rated short-circuit breaking current: 12.5kA-20kA, Applicable ambient temperature: -40℃ to +70℃. Supports manual/electric dual operation modes, equipped with a complete secondary control circuit, and can be integrated into industrial control systems for local and remote operation. The gas chamber features anti-condensation and explosion-proof design, with a built-in gas pressure monitoring module that triggers automatic alarms in case of anomalies. The modular design supports single, dual, and multi-circuit expansion, allowing flexible configuration based on on-site requirements to adapt to various power supply architectures.
Providing you with the most trusted energy solutions in an unpredictable world.

There is no significant difference. By optimizing the gas box structure and gas ratio, the insulation strength and arc extinguishing efficiency can reach over 95% of SF gas, fully meeting the power supply demand of 3.3kV level.
Adaptation: The air box has undergone seismic reinforcement design and can withstand ship navigation vibration and mining blasting impact. It also has anti salt spray and anti dust capabilities, making it suitable for installation in special scenarios.
No need for regular replacement. Under normal operation, the gas service life is synchronized with the equipment life cycle (20 years), and only regular pressure monitoring is required.
