The 20kV solid insulated ring main unit is the main equipment of the core node of the medium and high voltage distribution network. It adopts the integrated casting process of ultra-high voltage modified epoxy resin and fully seals the core components such as high-voltage conductors, vacuum circuit breakers, partial discharge monitoring modules, etc. It strictly follows high standards at home and abroad such as GB/T 11022 and IEC 62271, and is suitable for the strict requirements of the distribution network backbone network connection, large-scale new energy base collection, and heavy-duty industrial distribution under the voltage level of 20kV. 1. High insulation strength and sufficient operational redundancy:

Adopting ultra-high voltage modified epoxy resin with a breakdown strength of ≥ 30kV/mm, optimizing overvoltage protection and insulation spacing design, it can effectively resist risks such as lightning overvoltage and operation overvoltage, and the occurrence rate of insulation faults tends to zero, ensuring the continuous operation of the distribution network backbone.

2. Excellent load-bearing and grid connection capabilities:

The rated current can reach 1600A-2000A, and the rated short-circuit breaking current is 40kA-50kA. It can stably carry large industrial heavy-duty and new energy base collection loads, and has excellent grid connection switching capabilities, which can effectively cope with the impact of new energy output fluctuations.
