NSHBG-33
NSHBG-33 33kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is a high-voltage equipment designed specifically for overseas cross-border power grid interconnection and large-scale cross-border infrastructure. It uses a mixture of N ₂ and low GWP fluorinated ketone gas (GWP value ≤ 20), integrates international high-voltage design and cross-border operation and maintenance technology, and its core components comply with the IEC 62271-203 international standard, and have passed multiple regional special certifications such as European CE, African SONCAP, and South American IRAM. The equipment can be customized with voltage frequency, power grid interface, and protection level, suitable for overseas cross-border power grid connection lines, large mining hubs, cross-border photovoltaic bases, and other scenarios, balancing cross-border power grid compatibility, extreme environmental tolerance, and global operation and maintenance convenience.
1. Strong adaptability to cross-border power grids, supporting seamless switching of 50Hz/60Hz frequencies, voltage fluctuation range of ± 15%, compatible with different national power grid phase and amplitude standards, achieving stable interconnection of cross-border power grid interconnection lines.
2. It is fully tolerant to extreme environments, and the air box is made of stainless steel material and ceramic based composite coating, with a protection level of IP68. It can resist tropical high temperature and humidity, strong sand and dust in deserts, strong salt spray in coastal areas, and short-term floods, and is suitable for diverse climate scenarios overseas.
3. Integrating global compliance and operation and maintenance, providing multilingual intelligent control terminals (English, French, Spanish and Arabic), carrying 4G/5G/satellite the third mock examination communication, 18 service outlets and overseas warehouses around the world can achieve operation and maintenance response within 48 hours.
4. The high-voltage safety redundancy is sufficient, equipped with dual insulation monitoring and fault locking devices. The high-voltage circuit adopts a fully sealed design to avoid the risk of electric shock and arc leakage, which complies with overseas high-voltage safety regulations.
Rated current range: 1250A-3150A, rated short-circuit breaking current: 25kA-31.5kA, suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -45 ℃ to+85 ℃, with an average time between failures (MTBF) of ≥ 180000 hours. The gas box has passed ISTA 4A cross-border transportation certification and is equipped with shock absorption buffering and vacuum sealed packaging, suitable for long-distance bumps and impacts by sea and land transportation. Support fault recording, harmonic analysis, and synchronous phasor monitoring functions, compatible with mainstream overseas power grid dispatch platform protocols.
Providing you with the most trusted energy solutions in an unpredictable world.

Equipped with a synchronous phasor monitoring module, it can synchronize the phase, frequency, and voltage amplitude of the two ends of the power grid in real time, automatically adjust the closing timing, avoid the impact current generated by asynchronous grid connection, and support linkage with cross-border power grid dispatch centers to achieve remote synchronous control.
Stable, the air box adopts a high-efficiency heat sink+forced ventilation composite heat dissipation design, which can maintain rated operating performance in a high temperature environment of 85 ℃. The insulation strength of the mixed gas is minimally affected by temperature, and there is no insulation degradation hazard.
Support, customizable interface layout, operation logic, and warning signs based on target area operation habits, while providing localized operation manuals and video tutorials to meet the operational needs of overseas operation and maintenance personnel.
