NSHBG-15 15kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is the main equipment designed for domestic medium and high voltage distribution network backbone lines and large new energy projects. It uses a mixture of CO ₂ and new inert gas medium (GWP value ≤ 8) to replace traditional SF ₆ gas, integrates large capacity circuit breakers, high-precision measuring transformers, intelligent boundary modules, and uses high-strength aluminum alloy material for the sealed gas box, balancing lightweight and impact resistance. The equipment complies with the high standard GB/T 11022-2022 and is optimized for the characteristics of dense load and long transmission distance in domestic 15kV distribution networks. It is suitable for scenarios such as centralized photovoltaics, large chemical parks, and urban distribution network backbone lines, achieving green and efficient upgrading of medium and high voltage distribution networks.

1. With strong adaptability to large capacity, the rated current and short-circuit breaking capacity can adapt to the load requirements of medium and high voltage main lines, and can stably bear the high-power fluctuations of centralized new energy grid connection, avoiding overload tripping.

2. Environmental protection and performance balance, with a mixed gas insulation strength of 98% of SF ₆, excellent arc extinguishing efficiency, and 100% recyclable and reusable, with no environmental burden throughout the entire lifecycle.

With outstanding anti-interference ability and optimized electromagnetic shielding design, it can resist complex electromagnetic environment interference in the distribution network, ensuring measurement and control accuracy; The fourth is efficient installation and operation, with an integrated sealing process for the gas box. The air leakage rate is ≤ 0.06% per year, and normal operation for 8 years does not require gas replenishment. It supports online partial discharge monitoring and is suitable for large-scale distribution network operation and maintenance needs.

Supports IEC 61850-9-2 communication protocol and can be connected to provincial distribution network automation platforms to achieve remote switching, fault location, and load statistics functions. The module combination covers 2-10 circuits and supports mixed configuration of circuit breakers and load switches, adapting to the protection and branch distribution needs of the main line. The equipment weight is reduced by 30% compared to traditional steel gas box models, making it easy to transport and install in special scenarios such as mountainous areas and high altitudes.
