Low SF6 gas pressure can significantly reduce the insulation performance and arc extinguishing ability of equipment, and in severe cases, it can cause insulation breakdown, arc extinguishing failure, equipment failure, and even power distribution accidents. When the pressure gauge displays a pressure lower than the rated value (0.04MPa), the equipment operation should be stopped immediately, the power supply of the equipment should be cut off, professional personnel should be contacted for leakage detection, the leakage point should be found and repaired, high-purity SF6 gas should be replenished to the rated pressure, and only after passing the test can it be put back into operation. It is strictly prohibited to continue using the equipment when the gas pressure is too low.
Due to the need to adapt to 6KV medium voltage scenarios, FLN36-6KV products require strengthened insulation structures and arc extinguishing capabilities, resulting in a slightly larger volume than FLN36-3.3KV products and slightly larger installation space requirements. The internal space of cable branch boxes and ring main units adapted to FLN36-6KV products needs to be no less than the installation size of conventional medium voltage switch equipment, while FLN36-3.3KV products have a more compact volume and can be adapted to smaller distribution boxes; The installation methods of the two are the same, both support cable connection, and there is no significant difference in installation steps.
