NSHBG-10 Environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit

NSHBG-10 10kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is the main equipment for green upgrading of domestic urban and rural distribution networks. It uses a mixture of dry air and new environmentally friendly inert gas as a medium to replace traditional SF ₆ gas. The core components are integrated into a high-strength sealed gas box, which combines compact structure and high reliability. The equipment strictly follows the requirements of GB/T 11022 and the “Action Plan for Construction and Renovation of Distribution Networks”, and is optimized for the characteristics of dispersed loads and different operation and maintenance conditions in domestic urban and rural power grids. It can flexibly adapt to installation environments such as outdoor box transformers and indoor distribution rooms, and is the preferred equipment for rural power grid renovation and low-carbon upgrading of parks, taking into account environmental compliance and cost-effectiveness.

1. Wide adaptability between urban and rural areas, compatible with various topology structures such as star and ring networks of domestic 10kV distribution networks, and can seamlessly integrate with equipment such as rural power grid transformers, distributed photovoltaics, charging piles, etc., without the need for complex renovations.

2. Balancing low-carbon and low-cost, with a mixed gas GWP value approaching 1, no greenhouse effect, a 30% reduction in gas filling compared to traditional equipment, and a manufacturing cost lower than high-end environmentally friendly models, suitable for large-scale popularization.

3. Minimalist operation and maintenance, the gas box adopts integrated sealing technology, with a leakage rate of ≤ 0.1%/year. It can operate normally for 8-10 years without the need for air replenishment, and is equipped with a simple intelligent monitoring module to adapt to grassroots operation and maintenance capabilities.

4. Upgraded weather resistance, optimized anti condensation and anti-corrosion design, able to withstand -40 ℃ severe cold and+70 ℃ high temperature, suitable for complex climates such as northern rural areas and southern humid and hot regions.

Rated current range: 630A-2500A, rated short-circuit breaking current: 16kA-31.5kA, air box protection level IP67, supports IP68 short-term immersion optional. The operation mode supports manual, electric, and remote control, compatible with DL/T 634.5.1-2002 communication protocol, and can be connected to county-level distribution network automation platform. The module combination covers 1-8 circuits and supports two configurations: load switch+fuse and vacuum circuit breaker, meeting the different needs of branch distribution and main line protection. The overall weight of the equipment is reduced by 20% compared to traditional models, making it easy to transport and install.
