No need for frequent supplementation. The product adopts a fully sealed inflatable structure, and the SF6 gas leakage is strictly controlled at the industry’s lowest standard. Under normal operation, the gas replenishment cycle can reach 8-10 years; In daily life, it is only necessary to monitor the gas pressure through the pressure gauge on the front of the mechanism box. When the pressure is lower than the rated value (0.04MPa), it is necessary to promptly contact professional personnel for leak detection and supplement the gas.
This product is designed for indoor use and cannot be directly used for outdoor installation. If outdoor use is necessary, outdoor protective cabinets must be installed with a protection level of IP54 or above to ensure effective isolation from external environmental influences such as rainwater, dust, and ultraviolet radiation; At the same time, it is necessary to select a special environment adaptation version, optimize the sealing structure and material weather resistance, and avoid environmental factors causing a decrease in product insulation performance or mechanical failure.
Firstly, check the status of the mechanical interlock and confirm whether the position of the grounding switch and the closed state of the cabinet door meet the operating requirements. If the interlock is not unlocked, it needs to be adjusted to the correct position before operation; Next, check the energy storage status of the operating mechanism spring. The manual operation version can re store energy and try to operate, while the electric operation version needs to check whether the power supply and wiring are normal; If there are no problems with the above investigation, it may be due to the internal moving contact being stuck or the SF6 gas pressure being too low. The operation should be stopped immediately, and professional technicians should be contacted for on-site inspection and maintenance. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the equipment by oneself.
