XGN3.3
The XGN3.3 3.3kV air-insulated ring main unit is a compact distribution equipment designed for low-voltage distribution network terminals and small industrial scenarios. It utilizes dry air as the insulating medium, eliminating the need for greenhouse gases such as SF6, thus combining environmental friendliness with cost-effectiveness. The equipment boasts a compact overall structure and small size, fitting into narrow installation spaces. Its core functions include ring main power supply, terminal power supply, and fault isolation for 3.3kV voltage level distribution networks. It allows for flexible combinations of load switches and fuses, meeting the basic needs of small and medium-sized users for power supply reliability. It is widely suitable for scenarios where installation space is limited and high environmental standards are required.
The cabinet volume is reduced by more than 30% compared to traditional equipment of the same voltage level, allowing it to be directly embedded into small distribution rooms, outdoor box-type substations, and narrow corridor interlayers, significantly reducing the cost of installation space occupation.
Utilizing air insulation technology, there is no risk of SF6 gas leakage, zero greenhouse gas emissions, fully complying with current environmental policies, and no need for additional gas recovery and treatment equipment.
The modular design ensures high universality of components. Daily inspections only require checking the appearance and insulation status. In case of fault maintenance, modules can be quickly replaced, reducing operation and maintenance costs by over 40%.
The circuit design is optimized for the characteristics of 3.3kV low-voltage distribution networks, featuring strong anti-interference capability, adaptability to fluctuating load scenarios such as rural distribution networks and small factories, and a low failure rate.
Execution standards: GB/T 1985.1-2014, IEC 62271-200; Rated current: 630A-1250A; Short-circuit breaking current: 16kA-25kA; Protection level: IP4X (outdoor type IP54); Installation method: indoor wall-mounted, outdoor box-type integrated installation; Optional configurations: electric operating mechanism, remote measurement and control module, fault indicator.

The former is suitable for the 3.3kV voltage level at the end of medium and low voltage distribution networks, focusing on looped network power supply and fault isolation, with a higher insulation level; the latter is targeted at low voltage power distribution, focusing on load distribution. The two differ completely in voltage adaptation, insulation standards, and application scenarios.
Outdoor products are equipped with a cold-proof sealing structure, allowing stable operation in an environment ranging from -40℃ to +40℃. No additional heating device is required in low temperature environments, making them suitable for use in cold northern regions.
