The 24kV air-insulated ring main unit is a terminal hub equipment for high-voltage distribution networks. It is suitable for the 24kV distribution systems of high-voltage distribution networks in western China, large-scale new energy bases, and overseas high-end industrial projects. Using dry air as the insulating medium, it integrates core technologies such as ultra-high voltage insulation enhancement, high-capacity current flow, extreme environment tolerance, and intelligent operation and maintenance closed-loop. It possesses functions such as high-voltage main line power supply, new energy power collection, and precise fault removal. The equipment combines ultra-high voltage performance with environmental protection characteristics, serving as a core adaptive device for the extension of high-voltage distribution networks to ultra-high voltage.
By utilizing composite insulation materials and a multi-layer insulation structure, the insulation withstand voltage reaches 1.2 times the standard value, effectively resisting arcing and corona phenomena under 24kV ultra-high voltage conditions, significantly enhancing operational safety.
With a rated current up to 4000A and a short-circuit breaking current of up to 40kA, it can accommodate the ultra-high load power supply requirements of large-scale new energy bases and super-large industrial enterprises, reducing the number of parallel devices required.
It can withstand temperature differences ranging from -50℃ to +65℃, high altitudes (above 5000m), severe thunderstorms, and other extreme conditions. With a protection level of IP65, it is suitable for complex working conditions in western plateaus and remote overseas areas.
It supports full lifecycle condition monitoring, fault warning, and remote maintenance guidance. It can be integrated with intelligent operation and maintenance platforms to achieve visualization of equipment operation data, significantly reducing the difficulty and cost of operation and maintenance for ultra-high voltage equipment.
