Features

1.Enhanced extreme climate resistance:

The cabinet body is made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature alloy material, with a ceramicized surface coating treatment. It can withstand temperature differences ranging from -45°C to +60°C, strong salt spray (coastal areas), and heavy dust (desert areas), achieving a protection level of IP65.

2.Deepening of overseas customization:

Supporting full-dimensional customization of electrical parameters, operation interfaces, and certification standards, it can adapt to grid frequencies (50Hz/60Hz) in different overseas countries, providing multi-language control panels and localized certification documents.

3.High-voltage load-bearing capacity:

With a rated current of up to 3150A and a short-circuit breaking current of up to 40kA, it features overload protection and load adjustment functions. It can accommodate the high-voltage direct power supply requirements of large equipment, reducing losses in the voltage reduction process.

4.Quick installation and operation and maintenance design:

Utilizing maintenance-free core components and modular splicing structure, on-site installation does not require professional heavy equipment, and daily operation and maintenance only requires visual inspection and parameter monitoring, significantly reducing the cost and difficulty of operation and maintenance for overseas projects.

Execution standards: IEC 62271-201, BS 1477, GB/T 3906-2020; Rated current: 1600A-3150A; Short-circuit breaking current: 31.5kA-40kA; Protection level: IP65 (general purpose); Installation method: outdoor anti-corrosion installation, container integrated installation, dedicated fixed installation for desert; Optional configurations: desert-type dustproof cooling module, salt spray protection kit, localized certification adapter module.

    FAQs

Can the equipment adapt to the 60Hz grid frequency requirements overseas?

Customizable and adaptable, the core components and measurement and control system can switch between 50Hz/60Hz frequency parameters, while optimizing the electrical structure to ensure that insulation performance and operational stability are not affected under different frequencies.

How does the equipment ensure heat dissipation in high-temperature desert environments?

Equipped with a dedicated dust-proof and heat dissipation module for desert conditions, it adopts a combination of forced air cooling and natural heat dissipation. The cabinet body is reserved with heat dissipation channels and equipped with dust-proof filters, allowing it to operate continuously at full load under high temperatures up to 60℃.

    Related Applications

Middle East Desert Photovoltaic Power Station: The Middle East region boasts vast deserts and abundant sunshine. Photovoltaic power stations there often adopt a 17.5kV distribution network standard. The equipment is capable of withstanding high temperatures and strong dust environments in the desert. With an IP65 protection level, it effectively blocks dust intrusion. The quick-assembly design facilitates rapid deployment on-site, enabling it to stably receive high-voltage electrical energy generated by photovoltaic modules, achieve collection and grid connection. Additionally, there is no need for SF6 gas, circumventing the challenge of gas supply in desert areas.

Large-scale mining in Africa: Some mines in Africa utilize a 17.5kV high-voltage distribution network to power mining equipment. The equipment is designed to withstand high temperatures and resist vibrations, making it suitable for installation in open-air distribution rooms in mines. Its high-voltage load-bearing capacity allows it to directly supply power to large mining machinery and crushing equipment. The modular structure facilitates handling and installation in the complex terrain of mines, while the rapid fault protection function prevents equipment damage and ensures the continuous operation of mining activities.

Overseas coastal chemical parks: Coastal chemical parks in Africa and the Middle East often adopt 17.5kV distribution networks, and they face risks of high salt spray, flammability, and explosiveness. Equipment treated with salt spray protection can withstand marine atmospheric corrosion. The flameproof zoning design and arc protection system are compatible with explosion-proof scenarios, and they also support internationally recognized measurement and control interfaces, facilitating integration with the central control system of the park to ensure high-voltage power supply safety for chemical production.
