Features

1. International standard compatibility:

It can precisely adapt to mainstream international standards such as IEC, BS, and ANSI. The electrical interface, control method, and protective design can be customized as needed to meet project specifications and acceptance requirements in different countries and regions.

2. Extreme environment tolerance:

The cabinet body is made of high-strength anti-corrosion alloy material, and the surface is treated with multiple layers of coating, which can withstand temperature differences ranging from -40℃ to +55℃, high altitudes (above 4500m), as well as harsh environments such as salt spray and dust, with a protection level up to IP65.

3. Customized adaptability:

Supports full-dimensional customization of electrical parameters, operating mechanisms, and measurement and control functions. It can optimize cabinet dimensions according to the transportation conditions of overseas projects, adapting to container transportation and on-site rapid installation requirements.

4. Adequate safety redundancy:

Equipped with built-in fault pressure relief devices and arc flash protection systems, the component layout adopts a flameproof zoning design, effectively mitigating safety risks arising from internal faults and meeting the needs of high-risk scenarios such as flammable and explosive environments.

    FAQs

Can 11kV ring main units be interchanged with 10kV and 12kV equipment?

They are not directly interchangeable. There are fundamental differences in voltage levels, insulation strength, and electrical parameters among the three. Mixing them directly can lead to equipment insulation breakdown and frequent malfunctions. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly select models according to the voltage level of the distribution network.

How are after-sales service and spare parts supply for equipment in overseas projects guaranteed?

We can provide localized spare parts inventory and technical support, equipped with multilingual technical manuals and a remote guidance team. The warranty period for key spare parts is extended to 5 years, and we also support on-site installation and commissioning as well as operation and maintenance training services.

    Related Applications

Overseas infrastructure construction: such as urban power grid expansion and rural electrification projects in Southeast Asia and Africa. These regions often adopt the 11kV distribution network standard and face harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and salt spray. This equipment can adapt to both international standards and local environments, ensuring stable power transmission and distribution. Its modular design facilitates on-site assembly in areas with limited transportation conditions. Additionally, it does not require SF6 gas, thus avoiding the compliance risks associated with international transportation of gas.

High-altitude mining scenarios: Some high-altitude mines (such as those located on the western plateau) adopt a dedicated 11kV distribution network system to meet the insulation requirements of their equipment. This equipment features optimized insulation design for high altitudes, enabling stable operation in environments with hypoxia, low temperatures, and strong radiation. Its dust-proof and waterproof structure can withstand the large amounts of dust generated by mining operations and the erosion from rain and snow, providing continuous power supply to mining machinery and ventilation and drainage systems, thereby ensuring the safety of mining operations.

Overseas petroleum refining projects: Overseas petroleum refining parks often adopt 11kV distribution networks and have stringent requirements for equipment explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant performance. This equipment, through its explosion-proof zoning and enhanced corrosion-resistant design, is suitable for Zone 2 explosion-proof areas and can be integrated with the park’s gas detection system. When excessive flammable and explosive gases are detected, the power supply will be automatically cut off. Additionally, it is compatible with internationally recognized measurement and control interfaces, facilitating seamless integration with the park’s central control system, thereby ensuring safe and efficient refining production.
