NSHBG-17.5 17.5kV environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main unit is a medium high voltage equipment specially customized for overseas special voltage level power grids and cross-border large-scale projects. It uses a mixture of N ₂ and low GWP fluorinated ether gas (GWP value ≤ 15), integrates international modular design and extreme environmental tolerance technology, and its core components comply with the IEC 62271-203 international standard, and have passed regional special certifications such as AS/NZS in Australia and SASO in the Middle East. The equipment can be customized in terms of voltage frequency, installation structure, and protection level, suitable for overseas large-scale mining areas, agricultural irrigation areas, urban power grid upgrades, and other scenarios, taking into account international compliance, resilience, and cross-border operation and maintenance convenience.

1. Special power grid adaptation, accurately matching overseas 17.5kV exclusive voltage levels, supporting 50Hz/60Hz frequency switching, voltage fluctuation range ± 12%, can seamlessly integrate into local power grid architecture.

2. Resistant to extreme weather conditions, the air box is made of stainless steel material and ceramic composite coating, with a protection level of IP68. It can withstand high temperatures above 45 ℃, strong sand and dust, coastal salt spray, and short-term floods, and is suitable for scenes such as Australian deserts and humid and hot environments in the Middle East.

3. Comprehensive cross-border adaptation, providing multilingual control terminals, localized certification, and customized packaging to meet the stringent requirements of cross-border sea and land transportation.

The air box has undergone seismic testing and passed ISTA 4A transportation certification, and can adapt to the bumps and impacts of cross-border long-distance transportation. Support fault recording, harmonic analysis, and online monitoring of gas pressure, compatible with mainstream overseas intelligent distribution network platform protocols.
