The 15kV solid insulated ring main unit is a specialized equipment designed for transitional scenarios of medium and high voltage distribution networks, internal distribution networks in large industrial plants, and some overseas distribution networks. It adopts gradient insulation optimized modified epoxy resin integrated casting technology, fully sealed high voltage conductors, vacuum circuit breakers, precision transformers and other core components, completely eliminating SF6 gas and insulation oil. The product strictly complies with domestic and foreign standards such as GB/T 11022 and IEC 62271-200, and is suitable for medium and high voltage interconnection power supply, heavy-duty terminal power supply, and cross voltage level transition distribution needs under 15kV voltage level. It has core characteristics such as reasonable insulation gradient, stable operation, and flexible scene adaptation, and is a key equipment to fill the gap in 10kV-20kV distribution network.
Based on the characteristics of the 15kV transition voltage level, the epoxy resin insulation formula and conductor spacing design are optimized. The insulation gradient meets the requirements of the medium and high voltage distribution network connection, and can seamlessly adapt to 10kV terminal loads and 20kV backbone networks without the need for additional voltage regulating equipment, reducing the cost of system transformation.
rated current can reach 1250A-1600A, rated short-circuit breaking current 31.5kA-40kA, able to stably carry the start stop impact and continuous heavy load operation of large industrial equipment, suitable for high-power load distribution needs in metallurgy, chemical and other industries, and the operating temperature rise is controlled within the standard range.
It meets both domestic GB standards and some overseas 15kV distribution network specifications, and can adapt to 50Hz/60Hz frequencies as needed without significantly adjusting the core structure. It is suitable for the renovation of large industrial plants in China, as well as distribution network projects in Southeast Asia and South America.
Equipped with online insulation status monitoring and contact point temperature rise monitoring modules, it can accurately capture potential faults such as insulation degradation and poor contact, and data support can be integrated into multi platform operation and maintenance systems; Modular design simplifies the maintenance process, extends the maintenance cycle by 2 times compared to traditional equipment of the same level, and reduces operation and maintenance costs by 30%.
The cabinet is made of 3.0mm cold-rolled steel plate that has undergone multiple anti-corrosion treatments, combined with a double-layer sealing structure, with a protection level of IP65. It can operate stably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+75 ℃, high humidity, and high dust environments, and is suitable for harsh outdoor and factory working conditions.

Yes, it is designed specifically for cross voltage level connection. The insulation gradient and conductivity parameters have been optimized and matched, and can be directly used as a contact device without the need for additional voltage regulation or insulation conversion devices.
Unaffected, the anti-corrosion sealing structure and dust resistant insulation material can effectively isolate dust erosion. The high-temperature adaptation design can withstand a maximum temperature of 75 ℃, and the operational stability is not affected by working conditions.
