The 15kV indoor metal armored withdrawable switchgear is a specialized equipment designed for medium and high voltage long-distance distribution and large-scale industrial and mining scenarios in China. It complies with GB/T 3906-2020, DL/T 404-2018, and IEC 62271-200 standards and is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for transmission distance and load capacity, such as large mines, cross regional industrial parks, and urban suburban distribution networks. The equipment adopts an ultra-high voltage optimized armored compartment structure, focusing on strengthening insulation resistance and long-distance transmission stability. It has the characteristics of high rated parameters, strong anti-interference ability, and intelligent operation and maintenance, which can achieve efficient transmission, precise control, and rapid fault isolation of medium and high voltage electrical energy.
The circuit topology design is optimized for the 15kV voltage level, equipped with a dedicated voltage compensation module, which can effectively suppress voltage drop problems in long-distance transmission. The terminal voltage deviation is controlled within ± 5%, suitable for medium and high voltage transmission scenarios over 10km.
Imported composite insulation materials and vacuum insulation technology are used, with insulation distances between phases and relative to ground reaching 45kV level standards. A partial discharge online monitoring system is equipped, which can withstand extreme disturbances such as lightning overvoltage and operating overvoltage, and eliminate the risk of insulation breakdown.
Integrated intelligent adaptive protection system can automatically adjust the protection threshold according to the load fluctuation characteristics of mining, industrial parks and other scenarios, supporting multi-mode switching such as overcurrent, overvoltage, differential protection, etc., to avoid equipment failures caused by sudden load changes.
Adopting standardized modular unit design, it supports flexible combination of functional cabinets such as circuit breaker cabinets, PT cabinets, and contact cabinets. Later expansion does not require overall modification of busbars and foundations, and can adapt to project phased construction needs, reducing initial investment costs.
The cabinet adopts fluorocarbon spraying technology and stainless steel connectors, and the internal components are made of anti pollution and temperature resistant materials, which can operate stably in environments with high dust, high humidity, and slight corrosion.
