Product Overview

The new energy combined transformer integrates a step-up transformer, high-voltage current-limiting fuse, oil-immersed load switch, low-voltage switchgear and corresponding auxiliary matching devices into one unit. It is a combined transformer for wind power and photovoltaic power generation, with a capacity range of 500 – 5800 kVA and a voltage class of 35 kV and below. It is suitable for onshore, water­surface and offshore photovoltaic and wind power plants.

TOONICE’s America Type prefabricated substation (Amercia Box Transformer) is a highly integrated outdoor power distribution equipment. It compactly integrates high-voltage switches, transformers, and low-voltage power distribution systems into a sealed cabinet, and has significant advantages such as a small footprint, easy installation, and low maintenance costs.

  1. Structural Design:

It adopts a common-tank fully sealed structure, with the high-voltage load switch, fuse, and transformer immersed in the same oil tank. Its volume is only 1/3 of that of the European-style prefabricated substation, and the floor area is reduced by 40%.

① Voltage Rating: The primary side supports a maximum of 36kV, the secondary side outputs 690V, and the maximum three-phase capacity reaches 3000kVA.
② Protection Mechanism: Dual-fuse protection is adopted (plug-in fuse + backup current-limiting fuse). The fuse link features current and temperature-sensitive properties, enabling quick response to overload and short-circuit faults.

With a protection rating of IP67, it can operate stably in extreme environments ranging from -45℃ to +45℃. For coastal highly corrosive areas, the cabinet surface undergoes eight pretreatment procedures and seven painting processes, meeting the ISO 12944 C5M corrosion resistance grade and ensuring a service life of over 25 years.
